I could tell after the first few minutes that I was dealing with the consummate professional. It was obvious thatJameson Leach has worked on hundreds if not thousands of garage doors in his career. The conditions were brutal with wind chills dropping into the -25 range but he got the job done and with a degree of perfection. In a word, one could say that Jameson did more than fixed my garage door that afternoon, he saved my family from a very painful experience.

Precision garage doors staff truly did a wonderful job. We called as our 20 year old opener failed and a Technician (Chad) arrived in 25 minutes what a relief ????. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with doing business with you great company. I called before 8:00 AM and was told you could send a technician between 8 AM and 10 AM. At 9 AM Colton Sanders called to say he would be over within a half hour. He arrived approximately 9:30. He quickly sized up the situation and did a great recap of what needed to be done along with the charges. We agreed with what needed to be done along with the applicable charges. He had a lot to do and he had it all done by 10:35 AM. My wife and I were so impressed how quickly he got everything done so quickly. My personal opinion he is a master technician and you guys are very fortunate to have him on your staff. He was very polite, professional and provided the best possible customer service. He did many things. Where it says purchase of a new product, if you look at my invoice you can see all that he did. Thank you

Our technician Brian was excellent! Very pleasant but also professional. He told what was needed now but also what was needed down the line. We live in a house new to us and are in the process of updating various mechanical systems—water purification, heating, air conditioning and so forth. We saw Precision’s ad on TV and gave them a call to come an look over our garage door. The person on the phone was pleasant and well informed. An appointment was set. A person, Alex, came on time, reviewed with me the condition of our door and the repairs he could make with a cost estimate. He proceeded to do his work and reviewed it with me. He provided preventative maintenance tips and we paid our bill. All was done professional and cordially. The door works fine!

Excellent and SAME DAY service for a broken spring. Communication was perfect regarding when service provider would be arriving and also provided their name and photograph to confirm identity. If I had more money at the time I would have had the other 3 doors done too. I am happy with the job. My HOA required a door replacement. From the estimate appointment to the installation I was very pleased with my experience. The estimate was very clearly explained and he was very thorough. While it took a few weeks for the door to arrive the appointment for install was scheduled immediately. The technician (Donny) who completed the final installation did a great job. Everything (including future maintenance) was clearly explained and he did a very professional job. I would highly recommend Precision for any of your garage door related needs.
